The first time we met him we were impressed with both his insights and his awareness of the limits of his knowledge - he took great care to explain how he came to the conclusions he did about potential house sale prices and ways to sell a house in specific market conditions. We discussed our plans to sell our house on and off for many many months before we actually did anything about it, and Ben and his team were great, responding when we contacted them, checking in occasionally, and letting us know about the changing context of our suburb and local sales. When it did come time to sell, we took Ben's advice about how to do this, and the outcome was very successful - the house sold in the timeframe we wanted at a price we were happy with. His team worked really hard to develop a plan, communicate it clearly with us, and then implement it successfully. Throughout the entire process everyone was highly responsive and communicated clearly. Ben kept us up-to-date throughout by phone, and took time to answer any queries we had when we had them.
