We spent time meeting several agents before selecting Ray White to represent us. Once we met Mitch and spent time going over the proposal it become obvious that she was the person we felt confident representing us. Mitch was personable, articulate and genuine. Once signed up we had both Mitch and Terry working as a team. Their communication was thorough and timely. Both proved appraised of the market and were not only knowledgeable, they were also highly professional. They listened to us and our needs and never pressured us. We believed they were supportive and encouraging at all times. The marketing plan was well considered and everything was clearly explained with all pros and cons thought of. During our meetings they were present at all times, never distracted or making us feel that they didn't have time for us.
