Outstanding marketer: we chose the best!

If I could give Fiona an award for real estate marketer of the year then I would. Right from the time of listing Fiona put her all into getting my property sold on what was a very difficult and hard to sell market. My property was in the unique position of two homes on a lifestyle block and it did need some work doing! Open homes were held and Fiona worked very hard with each potential buyer to see if we could get to that point of a signed Sales & Purchase Contract done. The advertising was great and well-planned out along with fantastic photos and drone flyover images done by a professional photographer. We got the full works! To cut a long story short the property was sold within four months which was amazing considering how tough the real estate market was.
