From the moment we made contact with Shanelle regarding the sale of our Te Anau house she filled us with confidence. Her friendly manner, professionalism and knowledge of the local market were immediately obvious. Throughout our dealings with Shanelle she answered any questions or concerns we had promptly. She gave us great marketing advice and continually kept us informed on potential buyer feedback. We would highly recommend Shanelle to anyone wishing to buy or sell real estate in the Te Anau area. We are very happy vendors :)
