•Mark started the marketing campaign with great enthusiasm, which was appreciated. However, there were a few issues during the process that I feel are important to highlight. There appeared to be some uncertainty around the GST aspect of the property, which is a significant detail in any transaction and ideally should have been clarified early on. There were also some practical oversights — for example, a padlock (was consistently) not properly secured on the shed door, and I returned home to find the back door left open the day after an open home. A simple check to ensure all doors were properly locked would have avoided this. While I understand the property is an older home, not a new build, I still expected a higher level of attention to detail and consistency. Communication became less consistent toward the end of the campaign, and as of now, the “SOLD” sign has not yet been displayed on the street billboard. I’m hopeful that will be resolved shortly.
