During a buyers market it was a slow burn but she didn’t waiver on her efforts in engaging with buyers and giving advice on how to sell our property. She is lovely, supportive and quick on the ball. Always prompt and great communicator and knows her stuff. One of the best experiences I’ve had with an agent so far! Any buyer should feel confident when working with Alyshia as well.

We first met Alyshia Marshall when we were attended an Open Home at Grassmere Road, then she showed us a property at Napuka Rd. We also met members of the team at a further open home day, eventually purchasing the property.
