We were impressed with Jeremy and Ben from the outset. Jeremy’s initial approach coincided perfectly with our decision to explore going to market. They very quickly demonstrated their desire to support our search, working quickly to enable us access to view a house we were interested in and which had been, but wasn’t currently being actively marketed. Their forthright and positive approach enabled us to view that property within days and get the house-hunting process underway. Jeremy and Ben kept us aware of similar properties and within weeks had us sorted in the perfect property for our needs. This then started the active marketing of our property and Ben and Jeremy communicated regularly with us, guiding us through every stage of the process. Again the proactive and committed nature came through, giving us reassurance that we were being working hard for, as both vendor and buyer, and supporting us every step of the way.
