A rare Gem. Best in the game!

Kanta was instrumental in helping us sell our place in what has been a difficult market. She has a true knowledge of the market, which enabled her to set realistic expectations. She also made some suggestions which many might have thought to be contrarian, but worked really well in our favour, such as marketing through a holiday period, where one of the early enquiries turned out to be the buyer. She gave us the confidence to market our home, with a delayed settlement, enabling us to make offers as cash-buyers at the other end. She worked relentlessly through public holidays, and even as numbers started to dwindle, she had a strategy that gave us confidence. We ended up going to the Auction and negotiating a price better than what we needed to make our next move. Kanta undoubtedly added value for us, and we are so grateful to her. She also offered sage advice on our buy-side, providing advice on strategy. It wasn't long after that we found our new home, and we are so pleased with the move.
