I am writing this letter to acknowledge the wonderful work Michael and Tatyana done in selling our house in Meadowbank. I have spoken with a few of top agents in the area and choose to work with team Ataman. At first, I don’t trust they would work for the best interest of the vendor. The market is very difficult, but Michael and Tatyana didn’t pressure us on taking the offer we are not comfortable. They always support us. We end up receiving another offer which is higher than the first one. Michael and Tatyana have negotiated very hard even though we would of accept a much lower offer. They have earned my trust by being a great real estate agent that truly fight for vendor’s best interest. After the second offer falls, Michael and Tatyana have tried different method of selling, and eventually we sold our house unconditionally.
