From start to finish, Cherry provided an exemplary service that made the sale of our home as smooth as possible. Her deep market knowledge and keen attention to detail were evident from the outset. I have worked with Cherry to sell my homes over many years and every interaction is always personable and high quality. Cherry expertly guided us through the staging and listing process, making insightful suggestions and undoubtedly made our home more appealing to buyers. Communication was a standout quality; we were kept informed every step of the way and felt genuinely supported. This particular sale kept Cherry very busy. It is a tough market at the moment, but Cherry ensured that the decisions were ours, and we had all the information needed to make those decisions. We couldn’t have been more pleased with the professionalism and dedication shown by Cherry. Additional observations: not related to Cherry. Lack of recognition from management: Post-auction, we noticed that Ray White management, extended congratulations to the buyers, but did not acknowledge us, the vendors, for bringing the sale and generated commission for Ray White Remuera. A simple thank you or recognition of our role would have been greatly appreciated. Building inspectors: respect and care needed: During our marketing campaign, numerous building inspections were conducted, some of which unfortunately resulted in property damage. Wearing shoes in house which resulted in marks on floors which needed to be cleaned, outdoor furniture being dragged across pavers causing scuff marks, and unnecessary and forceful examination of what the building inspector thought were concrete problems resulting in permanent damage to our property. This was extremely disappointing to us given this never posed a problem before. It would be helpful to building inspectors if vendors were able to give building inspectors a heads up about what to be aware of on a property.
