Darnell is fabulous. Knows her market. Knew exactly who the buyers of my house would be and what I needed to do - or not do - to get it sold. So many other agents try and sell you this and that, but Darnell was really clear about what was needed and what would be a waste of time/money. She gave me a realistic expectation of what she thought my property was worth and she delivered on that. Stayed in touch and kept me constantly up to date. Also, just a genuinely awesome human being. If I sell another house, I will 100% be using Darnell as my agent again and you should too.

If you’re looking for a hard working, passionate, enthusiastic, well presented and knowledgeable agent then look no further than Holly. She ran a slick campaign for us, her appraisal was accurate and her attention to detail and communication was excellent. She kept us in the loop throughout the 3 week auction campaign with who was coming and going and their thoughts and feedback, so we were completely aware of who our potential buyers were and then identifying the actual bidders for auction day. Not only did they sell the property over CV (not common in our particular neighbourhood ) but well over our reserve! We were stunned by the result and believe it was the way she primed and had these buyers positioned on auction day which contributed to the outstanding result delivered. Highly recommended as a great real estate agent.

I had a 'short list'of about 20 properties I wanted to view. Holly made me sit down and explain what I wanted and needed and then we went through some of my current wish list. Holly said to give her a chance to do her own research and a couple of days later, she reached out and told me she had a couple from my list of 20 that she thought were worth viewing and met my needs. She also had a couple I hadn't seen or thought of as potentials. The first one I saw I fell in love with immediately and signed a contract for a great price that day. Im now living in it and couldnt be happier. Holly had used her listening skills, experience and the tools available to her for market research to absolutely nail it. Thank you Holly. We were looking to purchase in Auckland with specific criteria. Had multiple agents say they’d help us, most we never heard from again. But Darnell was amazing! She knows her stuff and you want her on your team whether buying or selling a house! Wouldn’t recommend anyone else! She chased up things for us, basically held the hand of the selling agent in order to get us across the line super quickly. She makes other agents look like they’re sleeping on the job. Seriously, don’t look anywhere else!
