Sandy is professional and an excellent communicator, and she successfully sold our property. We appreciate her work. However, the sale price came in about 8% below the appraisal. I understand the market was difficult, but at the time of listing we were convinced the appraised price was very much achievable. When no suitable buyer came forward, we were advised to reduce the price to $100k below the appraisal. We found a middle ground, and Sandy was able to secure a buyer. We were happy it sold, though the outcome was bittersweet.

Harry is a very good communicator. He had a good understanding of what we were looking for and asked all the right questions. Very good on following up on all the questions we had and chasing the information we needed. No question was a silly question - always chased up with the owner and relayed back to us. 5 star service on giving us updates and keeping lines of communication open.
