Steve and Caroline were yet again excellent. I have used them multiple times to buy and sell, and on this occasion, it is was to sell. Their guidance, advice and incredible work ethic to go the extra mile was first class. They ran a great campaign, with transparent and constant communication and led the process through out. They made it simple and easy, but at the end of day it is the result that matters and house sold under the hammer at auction!

From the first meeting Frazer has gone above and beyond to sell our property. Trent was great from our experience. His approach is to be honest about what he sees happening with the marketing, contacts and open homes and kept us update constantly about progress, viewer concerns and how every engagement played out. He was actively selling similar properties also in the area and was able to give us an area insight in to how they were progressing and what buyers were looking for. He didn't talk it up or down but gave us the reality as the campaign progressed. He also gave us plenty of warning when we needed to push lawyers or property managers to ensure paperwork was done in a timely basis. Finally, as we were out of the property for the campaign, he was happy to help to action any stuff that needed to be done at property so saving us a trip!.
