How can I put this in words. Steve would have to be the most onto it real estate person I have had the pleasure to work with. He was on the ball all the times. He found issues without any prompting that had to be resolved prior to sale. He chased these up diligently, making my life so much easier having someone who knows to keep on at it. Steve and Caroline were instrumental in helping us get the place ship shape prior to sale, by arranging chem clean, gardeners and staging to ensure we had the best presented house. Their follow through with prospective buyers was amazing to ensure that on the day we had multiple bidders, and likewise they kept me informed of every step they took. Caroline Yau & Steve Williams acted as the Agents for the sale of my mother's property in Remuera. This sale presented two difficulties as my elderly mother speaks little English, and lives overseas. Caroline was able to use her Cantonese language skills to deal directly with my mother, and the time zone difference was no problem for her. Caroline & Steve were always pleasant to deal with, and organised every aspect of the sale, including painting and decorating, power supply, and marketing, promptly and efficiently. Caroline liaised with my mother, myself, the solicitor and buyers seamlessly, while Steve produced outstanding marketing material for our property. The entire process went very smoothly.
