covid was a big disruptor for the sale of my house and immediately prior to lockdown we pulled it from the market, but not before agreeing that if someone came along then john would show them the property. and that is what happened. it was a fair deal to both parties and certainly better than what was on offer before covid. however john then managed to find the time to send me prospective buys as part of his late night research and within two weeks with his guidance i was able to purchase another at auction for a fair price as well. i am very happy with the outcome and the way it transpired. john is committed to bringing seller and purchaser together to make a deal without wasting time.
