Marcus was extremely helpful and understanding in selling our old family home, we insisted that we did not want an auction, so Marcus had to work very hard getting potential purchasers to view property when we had an unhelpful tenant still there at home, but he handled this well and we were most pleased with end result getting quite a bit more sale price than originally expected.
