I think I've already left a review but just had to leave another regarding what a genuinely nice person Michael is. We purchased 6 months ago and our only contact with Michael is when he calls us to ensure we're still happy and everything is okay with the house still. For Easter he stopped by our house and dropped off 2 of the cutest little plush bunnies with a chocolate for each of my girls. What a genuinely nice person. Thomas was incredibly professional, knowledgeable and easy to deal with. Given we were based overseas at the time of our purchase, he provided us with a helpful video tour and always managed to accommodate our requests, including giving easy access to our builder/architect. In a fairly hot market, we had noticed that agents were often unresponsive and lacked the appropriate communication skills to deal with expats living overseas, however, we found Thomas to be the complete opposite of this. If we were to sell our property, we would not hesitate to reach out to Thomas as he is a genuine and humble person.
