No challenge too hard for Steve and Caroline
Steve and Caroline came highly recommended to us who were unfamiliar with agents in Auckland. They did not disappoint! From the very first meeting, we were given the confidence that our house needed some maintenance work and tidying up to ready it for a good sale. They organised and supervised the work from painting, carpeting, cleaning and staging. This was all managed during the difficult restrictions of Alert Level lockdowns in Auckland. We were kept well informed with all the interests and visits by potential buyers during the 4 week sale period and then supported right up to auction day which resulted in a very good sale for us. We highly recommend Steve and Caroline to anyone thinking of selling and wanting a 'no stress' process which results in a good sale!

Great service and understood our requirements and got the result we needed.
John was the first agent we met after relocating back to NZ 8 years ago, and has always been a friendly face in the Meadowbank area. He has assisted us with property appraisals and advice on different occasions over recent years and his knowledge of the area is second to none, so when it came time to put our house on the market our first call was to John. Considering the lockdown challenges we were facing during the the period selling our house, John and his team did a great job under trying circumstances. Auction magic
Due to the market turning we only had two bidders at our auction and the second bidder bailed without bidding. Jennifer worked her magic to get the first bidder up to a number which allowed the sale to proceed. I look back in wonder how she and the auctioneer managed it. Magic.

Professional and friendly
