Cleighton is always super easy to contact, and he keeps you in the loop of what's going on. We dragged him to many open homes and sent listings every day. He would always respond and give us the best information. Was great having him on our side to do a lot of the communications with other realtors on our behalf. He made it an easy process in a usually stressful time. He never gave up or made us feel like we were being annoying. He genuinely cares and doesnt make you feel like another number which is pretty hard these days with most real esate agents.

Typical of many agents when seeking your business, the initial valuation provided was higher than what was later considered achievable, although still better than other competing agents. Once engaged, the conversation shifted towards explaining why the original estimate may not be attainable. That said, communication was always prompt, and he was consistently approachable, helpful, and proactive in coordinating matters through his extensive network of local contacts, which proved invaluable and something I relied on heavily throughout the process. He remained calm, supportive, and professional at all times. He and his team also generated strong interest from several prospective buyers, ultimately resulting in a successful sale. Kale and his team have been fantastic when selling our house, my sister and I living in different city’s were kept well informed the whole way through. Kale demonstrated amazing knowledge not only about this house he was selling us but also other houses that are and were on the market. This made buying easier as he was able to share this knowledge and lead us in the right direction to become confident in our purchase. Only downside we had was settlement date was very mixed up as the lawyer and agent were on two different pages however kale did handle this professionally and he will be my choice of agent when the time comes to sell this house
