Gemma Rowlinson sales consultant extraordinaire.
Gemma was the obvious choice for selling our home. She has a reputation for getting the job done in an efficient and friendly manner with an non pressured approach to the process. Her success speaks for itself in the Pokeno area. She was friendly and always a pleasure to deal with and has a great sense of humor. We would both highly recommend Gemma to anyone purchasing or selling a home in the area. Gemma was also pivotal in helping us find a property in the new area we are moving to. From day one Nikki showed a friendly and professional manner. She explained the full process of the marketing plan clearly and we felt no pressure. The process was smooth. We took advice to stage the house and I highly recommend this transforms the home and presents it in the best possible light. 3 weeks of open homes with great response driven by nikki, then we had a successful auction with 6 bidders. This left us in a cash buyer for our next move. Nikki sent us listings of homes in our price bracket and arranged viewings and came with us making buying an easy process. Exceptional service
Yasemin went above and beyond in a declining market, the sale of our first house was very daunting and her experience provided answers to lots of questions and included support of her amazing contacts. The use of her substantial marketing experience brought us multiple offers in what was one of the quietest periods in residential sales, throughout the open home and sale process the communication was exceptional do not underestimate the Yasemin factor thank you very much 10/10

I found Eliana very professional .I think it was her contract that bought my house
Unfortunatly Eliana went down with covid and couldnt carry her client though to the end but Helen stepped up and between them we had an sale. I would recomend both the girls . They make a great team

I found helen a lot of fun she made a very stressful experience really easy.
Helens knowledge of real estate is extensive and if there was something she could'nt tell me she made sure she found the answer. Helen stayed in touch and kept me up to date on a daily basis.
