Professional, good market knowledge and outstanding communication is what you get with Josh
Josh is extremely professional, he is warm and engaging. From the first moment we met, he made us feel comfortable and at ease. His market knowledge, insights and suggestions really made the difference for us when preparing our home for sale. He walked us through every step and process and constantly kept us updated. After each showing, he would call and give us an update on views and feedback from potential buyers, this was extremely helpful and put us at ease. Selling a home at times can be stressful and challenging, and for us, this was the case. Josh understood our needs and really took the time to understand what we needed and also went out of his way to find us our new home, with success. We highly recommend Josh, if we ever sell or look to buy another property, I would absolutely use Josh again.

Easy Peasy Sold!
After we had first met Charlotte at an open home we knew we wanted to keep her details close for the future. With the future here and gone we couldn’t have been happier with our choice of agent. Charlotte made the selling process easy and a great experience. There was constant communication and good vibes all around. The marketing, sales pitch and the vision of potential our old home could provide for someone else was top notch. We will definitely be contacting Charlotte and team again to find a new home that suits our needs in the future!

Understood the assignment - Fantastic!
This is the second time we have used Gemma’s service to sell our house and we have purchased through her previously. I cannot recommend her and Anthony enough. They completely understood our requirements and need to sell quickly due to immigration. We had an offer within 3 weeks!!! They always kept us up-to-date and went above and beyond to secure the deal. We HIGHLY recommend them and if we ever return to NZ, they will be our first port of call.

Charlotte and Yasmin have both been excellent from the get go.
