Excellent service resulted in an excellent sale result
Laura provided great feedback, keeping us fully informed during the couple of months our home was for sale. She worked hard and provided excellent marketing. She presented us with a very good offer that and after a couple of hours of negotiations we received an excellent price that was just subject to a LIM. We were delighted with the sale and could not have asked for a better result. Just prior to possession there was a major storm that caused some water damage in the basement, we were away on holiday but Laura arranged for professionals to come and inspect and repair the damage so that the problem was completely remedied to the Buyer’s satisfaction.

When johno says he's going to do something he gives it 100%
5 week sell we were both expecting 3 months on market. Johno sets amazing amount of pressure on himself and gets the job done and done right never lies never any bullshit just a great agent I've brought 2 houses with johnos help and sold 2 with amazing results every time. I'm quite happy to speak to someone making there mind up on weather or not to use him
