Giving credit where it is due l would like to thank Ray White's Fiona Shearing ably assisted by Annette Warner for the great job she did selling my house. I would happily recommend that anyone contemplating selling talk to her. She was very professional in the way she put together a proposal and a marketing plan, and in the execution of it. She and Annette worked hard with the 39 parties who came through the house and secured satisfactory offers. I particularly liked that she went the extra mile. For instance she (and Annette) turned up at 7:40 am on a public holiday well ahead of the photographer's arrival with a car full of props to finish my staging, and had an eagle eye seeing where the cleaner had missed and doing something about it. Fiona was also very tactful about my own later inadequate vacuuming (let down by my eyesight) and did where I missed. She wanted a good result for me, and she got one. Thank you!
