Before signing any sale agreement a comprehensive appraisal was done so we knew what to expect. Knowing the market conditions and potential purchasers we could formulate a sales plan to suit our time frame ensuring we had any pre sale maintenance completed. This was a huge benefit as winter weather is not always favourable. However with Kates determination and excellent negotiating skills the sale was achieved in a timely manner so seller and purchaser could move forward positively.
