Excellent Communicator and genuinely cares about her Vendors and Purchasers.

Kate was amazing during the process of us buying in Lincoln. We were purchasing from out of town and she made the whole thing easy as she is an excellent communicator. She was quick to answer any queries we had and kept in contact until we were finally unconditional after the sale of our house. I would reccomend Kate to anyone that wants an agent that cares about both the vendor and purchaser and makes what can be a stressful time in your life a whole lot smoother.

Absolute professional and brilliant communicator prepared to go the extra mile

Kate was an absolute pleasure to work with. We worked together over a distance so communication over the phone and by email was absolutely key. Kate always kept in touch and always returned calls very quickly. She always listened carefully, gave fantastic advice that was pragmatic and on point, and achieved a great result for me. This was the second house Kate has helped me with and as in the first house sale, Kate was an absolute professional who knew her market well, positioned the house to achieve a sale and worked hard with me and prospective buyers to get the result. I found Kate to be really personable, honest and very easy to get on with. I would highly recommend her to any future client.
