I consider Charlotte to be "my real estate agent". She is the one I will always go back to!

I have used Charlotte several times because of her integrity, manner, hard work and commitment. She is "my real estate agent". Most recently Charlotte sold an apartment I had rescued. It turned out to be an unusually difficult sale with a demanding purchaser in a difficult market. But Charlotte never flinched. She went far above and beyond the call of duty to make the sale happen, working on my behalf to source information and satisfy the purchaser. When, quite frankly, I would have given up, Charlotte put in the seriously huge amount of extra effort needed to clinch the deal. I will go back to Charlotte every time I need an agent who I know is always professional, has excellent people skills, understands the market, works hard in my best interests and achieves results. Hats off to Charlotte, she is impressive! I have no hesitation in recommending her to you. You should hire her. I will do so again. Susan M
