I have both purchased and sold properties with Pernilla and highly recommended her services. Pernilla is diligent, engaging and works very hard to sell your property at the best market valve achievable. Pernilla provided guidance on how best to stage my property to show it at its best and was flexible on viewing times. She was very conscientious on following up every prospective purchaser and when offers were made she worked with me to achieve the best outcome.
It was lovely working with Pernilla for our house sale. Right from the beginning Pernilla worked with us with some excellent staging assistance to get our house looking perfect for sale. Communication was excellent all the way through with thorough reports on each person who had viewed the house and what they thought about it. This was very helpful. A very personable agent to work with - I would recommend Pernilla for your house sale.
We recently had the pleasure of dealing with Pernilla as we purchased in Mt Albert as first home buyers. She was great to deal with and always communicated clearly and efficiently.
Pernilla has 7 properties for sale and sold 5 properties in the last 12 months, showing 4, sorted by most recent activity
