Excellent experience.
John set clear expectations at the start of the auction process and always followed through. His communication was excellent, and he checked in a few times to make sure we were getting everything we needed. John acted with integrity and was focused on acting for us as vendor to get the best outcome. Being new to the auction process his guidance was invaluable and did a great deal to put our minds at rest as it progressed. Trust is a vital aspect for us for such a significant life transaction and we felt we were in good hands at all times and were able to trust every aspect of the transaction and John’s input. I would recommend John as a great vendor’s agent who will ensure your interests are understood and honoured throughout the sale process.

Genuinely honest and looking out for you
I had a great experience working with Howard as a first home buyer. He was incredibly patient and always took the time to explain each step of the process clearly. The best!
Team Fava were consistently great throughout the whole process of selling our mum’s house after she passed away.
