Superb Top Agent.
We categorically endorse Tanya Kwasza as a superb top agent working for Ray white Parnell. She has now handled the sale of two houses for us plus the purchase of another, over the past 5 years. triple endorsement! She is definitely the most energetic dedicated agent we have dealt with. Every effort she put into staging and listing our present house paid off, with the sale recorder prior to Christmas, which made for a relaxing following holiday for both of us. Her manner is always wecoming, cheerful and friendly, no matter who she is dealing with. We greatly admire her incredible efforts in spite of having a gheavy load of listings at the time. Friendly, experienced and knowledgeable.
Tanya has done a fantastic job selling my property. She and Bryan Santos made things really easy for me, from suggesting the right amount of preparation to do on the property, to helping with their contacts for trades people and even handling the staging. The whole process has been quick and seamless and although we didn't quite make the price predicted that was more a reflection of the market than the marketing.

Great work and people skills
Dylan recently sold my investment unit in central Auckland and his work ethic, knowledge and people skills were instrumental in obtaining an excellent result at auction. There were over 40 viewings throughout the campaign and because of level 3 lock down it was necessary to only show only one prospective buyer at a time, despite the extra work his energy remained high and I was kept informed and updated throughout the process.
