Andrew’s performance exceeded almost every agent I have ever dealt with in NZ. In fact I first saw this property advertised a year ago by another agent who I wont name but I refuse to ever have anything to do with that agent and so did not even enquire but when I saw the listing under Andrew I immediately replied as I have previously seen properties sold by Andrew and it appeared to me he was a good operator. What differentiates Andrew from other agents is the fact he uses WhatsApp which is a huge plus for overseas based buyers like myself, he responds to messages any time and day of the week including weekends which again is rare for agents I have come across in NZ, his knowledge of the property is extensive as for this property in Parnell, it was clear from the start he has taken the time to understand the issues with the property and he did not at any point try to cover any of the issues up and was very open with everything we had to deal with and it looked like he himself had reviewed the council property file and so I sensed real trust from the very start. The lengths he went to for the vendors to get the neighbour across the line in preparing and getting the consent to cover the cross lease to a subdivided fee simple title signed was again something I have never seen from an agent even at the 11th hour when the neighbour tried to introduce a clause that would have caused the deal to fall over, Andrew somehow got it done without the 11th hour deal breaking clause. All in all, Andrew is a fast, effective and knowledgeable operator and I look forward to dealing with him again on either my next sale or purchase
