Andrew is in constant communication to each and every question I asked whether it be at 1am NZ time or any time on a weekend, Andrew is always at the end of the line ready to help. He even goes the extra mile is providing guidance and suggestions as to where to find high quality service providers that for an off shore purchaser such as my self proved to be absolutely invaluable as I was not in NZ and not able to inspect the property myself so had to be very reliant on the service provider.
