Bob and Malo: A great team

Considering this tough market, Bob and Malo did a great job. Together they negotiate well with prospective buyers and seller. The feedback is crucial, and they didn't disappoint. I wasn't unsure on the day that the auction was worthwhile, but nevertheless after the house was passed in the papers for conditional sale were signed. They maintained good communication regarding buyers' requests to measure for fridge, dishwasher, new curtains, etc. Many thanks for the advice and support through the process

Excellent communicator, who liaises openly between seller and purchaser

I had signed with Bob Lemalu before I met Malo Tuiloma. He became my first line of communication, with reports after each open home. And was positive, no matter what, even when no one came to open homes. Malo was open to help however he could, by taking out bins, working around tradespeople, and was instrumental in securing a sale of my home. Plus relaying communication, questions, etc, between myself and purchasers. Malo was such a wonderful support after the house was passed in at auction. He took me aside to present to post auction offer, and secure sale. I thoroughly recommend him as an agent,
