Bob and Malo: A great team

Considering this tough market, Bob and Malo did a great job. Together they negotiate well with prospective buyers and seller. The feedback is crucial, and they didn't disappoint. I wasn't unsure on the day that the auction was worthwhile, but nevertheless after the house was passed in the papers for conditional sale were signed.
