Hard work pays off

Kelly was selected by her Manager to help me with the process of selling my property in August this year. Most of our communications were through emails, phone calls and online due to Level 4 and L3 restrictions. However, trust was developed earlier on in the process as she always does what she says she will do, responds to my queries promptly and follows us with phone calls. She kept me informed every step of the way, e.g. on her progress in finding buyers and the number of people viewing the property every weekend for 3 weeks and how many were potential buyers. I know Kelly worked really hard to ensure my house was sold in the first Auction which was scheduled beginning of Oct 2021. As a result, 6 buyers attended the Auction and my house was sold above my reserve price. I was very pleased with the result and the efforts that Kelly put in within 3 months to make sure we achieve the outcome sought.
