My partner (Jane CHEN) and I (Larry CHI) are experienced long term property investors. We have known and have worked with a number of Real Estate agents. William Vaea is the best one. We started to know William 12 years ago in late May 2012 when he just began his RE career. We bought the property he was selling and it was this experience which made him stand out. We were so surprised by his hardworking, patient, honest, friendly attitude with exceptionally efficient and effective communication skills that we could hardly believe he was actually a beginner and just sold his first house to us. So we said to him: "William, we are absolutely sure that you will become a top agent!”. Time flies. 8 years passed by. In July 2020, we met William again unexpectedly outside Ray White Manukau Auction office. At that moment, we immediately recognised each other, and we were so happy to know that his career had significantly grown into expert level, exactly as what we expected 8 years ago. Since then, we only work with William Vaea. So far he has sold 6 of our properties in South Auckland. We kept changing agents until we were in his very capable and safe hands. We will continue work with him until we completely quit property investment. We could use many beautiful words to describe William, but that is not important at all.
