Iza was our first choice when we have decided to sell our house. However we ended up making a wrong decision, went through another agency and had an auction and price by negotiation campaigns with no result. After 3 months of stress with 2 open homes every weekend we ended our contract with the agency. Iza approached us offering help and jumped into action straight away. He made the process simple, pleasant and sold our property within a week of listing. He is very professional and kept us informed throughout the campaign.
