Iza was our first choice when we have decided to sell our house. After 3 months of stress with 2 open homes every weekend we ended our contract with the agency. Iza approached us offering help and jumped into action straight away. He made the process simple, pleasant and sold our property within a week of listing. He is very professional and kept us informed throughout the campaign. Our property had some minor repairs needed to be done before settlement and Iza brought the trades men and got us the reasonable quotes while we were still busy at work.
