Don't bother looking for a better agent than Ashley, she's awesome! Her price appraisal was bang-on with the sale price, in a really hard market to appraise on. She listened to what we thought was important. She treated us with respect when we didn't know what we didn't know. She marketed the house perfectly and ultimately found the buyer we needed. Ashley knows what she's doing, and she knows people who know what they're doing. I doubt we'll need to sell our next house for ages, but if we did I'll be giving Ashley a call first.
