Great outcome in a tough market
Sandra, Reggie and Susie make a great team who achieved a great outcome for us in a really tough market. We were given a lot of different options and advice throughout the process and kept well informed every step of the way. It was a pleasure to work with you all and we are so appreciative of all of the work you put in to get us a sale and on to the next chapter for our family.

Awesome, Genuine Team
Sandy, Susie and Reggie were great! They helped us price our house at the right level and got us wonderful result in a difficult market, which showed their extensive knowledge and fantastic negotiation skills. They were extremely patient and supportive and were always available, talking us through things every step of the way. We're really grateful to this genuine team of hard working people and wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

A good experience
Geraldine took over from Anthony Russell when he moved to Ray White Christchurch branch. She is a very helpful lady, kept us up to date with the progress of our sale. I am sure Geraldine will have a good future in the real estate industry.

Complete Start to Finish Service
Sam, Suhk, and the Ray White Crew.... Communication - From start to end Sam kept us informed of what to expect coming up, and what was happening in the NOW, why it was happening, and have us options so we could make informed decisions moving forward to get to an outcome that suited us best Eg. It's easy to say everyone wants the highest price when they sell, but there are other considerations. We wanted a longer settlement and hello with moving. Going the extra Mile - We needed help with moving. Sam put us in touch with people to help us to relocate. We had questions about the legalities around selling a home and settling. Sam, Suhk and crew came to the party and kept on delivering. We had questions, Sam had the answers. An honest days work for an honest days pay- One hears about sales commissions based on % of sales price. In our case the payment to Ray White was a flat rate, we think a reasonable rate. Sam really worked round the clock for us being available at all hours to ask questions and put our minds to test. Thank you Sam and Suhk for a job well done! Passionate & Experienced. Couldn’t ask for better.
Sandra was fantastic. She gave us great advice on when to list and price indication. Sandra kept us up to date with feedback and updates during the sales process. We had multiple offers within a week of listing and couldn’t have asked for a smoother process.
