Expectations

We have been very happy with Sharon, her market knowledge and expertise met our expectation's, her negotiation skills were also great, as was the communication and feedback from Purchasers. We did feel that her administration staff let her down a trifle, as we learnt to be very careful and proofread the offers, as the chattels were not updated, and the POA document was not requested. The AML company that Ray White used was very frustrating, and the fee of $65.00 was questionable when they did not seem to know how a POA that has been instructed by the court, works. We know that this should have been delt with by Frank who is POA for the vendor, perhaps they have not delt with POA'S enough to know that the court dictates that Frank is responsible and signee for the vendor, because he is unable to do so himself, yet they insisted on proof of residence from the vendor.
