We asked Adam for an appraisal, he was on time and brought all the information we required. We then decided to do some off market viewings. Minimal fuss and stress. The viewers Adam brought were keen and the house sold within a number of weeks. Great negotiation from Adam. It really was that simple. On time, prompt and efficient and again minimal stress.
