Unfortunately Jane had to go overseas at a critical time for us, and we did not experience good communication at that stage. We needed more explanation or preferably a printed time line of what to expect and when.

Friendly, professional, positive at all times, even when the LIM requested as a condition of a proposed purchase indicated our property was flood-prone (ho!). Could, to our thinking, have indicated open home dates/times on the sign at the front of our property but we understand that may be a company decision. We were very happy with Rebecca and her agency partner Karen.
