Communication was prompt, timely and very positive. Jane and her team showed great professionalism discussing the market and realistic expectations. She also worked very effectively given our marketing plan and short selling time. Jane showed fantastic dedication to the marketing our property and was extremely helpful. We would certainly recommend Jane and her team to other potential vendors.

Our experience working with Jijo has been amazing. Hard worker, always keeping us up-to-date with everything, paperwork perfectly presented. So pleasant and always had a smile on his face, sold our home just like he said he would, so confident. We are very happy with the price we sold our home for. We will be recommending Jijo to anyone selling/buying a home in the future 100%.

I had the pleasure of working with Jojo when purchasing my first home, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. He went above and beyond to meet my needs, always ensuring I was well-informed and comfortable throughout the process. His dedication, professionalism, and attention to detail made the journey smooth and stress-free—just like an aged whiskey 😉

Jijo is diligent and hardworking, he was always accessible. In-fact we never needed to ring Jijo second time as he always picked his phone for a chat and tried to find solutions to our problems. It was our first time selling and we had so many questions which Jijo managed very well. He managed expectations from both our and buyers end very well. We had the result we wanted in a week as we were working with limited time. Other agents had appraised our property much lower, which is understandable with how market is. Jijo didn’t hesitate to bring us to the market with his positive can do attitude, to try and get us what our lovely home deserved. Get an agent who believes in you and is ready to put in the work. Low appraisals sell quick and are meaningful for real estate reps seeking quick turn around, but may not get you what your home truly deserves!
