A personable agent with knowledge, integrity, and care
From the get-go, Martin was friendly, responsive, and quick to volunteer information. As new details became available, he kept us informed and was always willing to explain things further. He was very accommodating with our requests and never made us feel like we were being a bother. He’s open and clearly takes pride in his integrity. He also has a strong knowledge of the market and is happy to share it when asked. It’s evident that he genuinely cares about the vendors he represents, while also wanting a good outcome for buyers. All-round, a fantastic agent and a genuinely wonderful person.

Efficient, Transparent, and Stress-Free Experience
Working with Robbie was a positive experience. The entire process was simple and well-organised, which made what can often be a stressful time feel smooth and manageable. Communication was clear, prompt, and consistent. I always felt informed and never had to chase updates. During negotiations, Robbie was open, honest, and upfront, which gave me a lot of confidence in the process. I really appreciated the transparency and professionalism he brought to every interaction. At times, the process felt a little impersonal. For example, completing the S&P through a form rather than a conversation. While this approach is clear-cut and simple, and may suit some people, a bit more personal interaction would have been appreciated, especially given the significance of buying my first home and not really understanding the process or things to include. That said, the overall experience was efficient, straightforward, and I’m very happy with the outcome. I definitely recommend Robbie’s services to others.
