Selling a house is a big deal and it can be stressful. It helps tremendously when you have a team like Vish, Robbie and Piyush on board. Piyush handled most of the process and achieved a fantastic price for us. It is fair to say he went above and beyond what was expected - truly exceptional. Any questions that we had were answered promptly and in detail. I am not sure when he takes time off, because he was answering emails and messages at all hours - extremely hard working! I selected team Vish, Robbie and Piyush firstly because of their reputation, they have sold a LOT of houses in the area and have a ton of local knowledge, but also because they are very friendly and easy to work with.
