I can’t say enough about how great Emma Shine was as agent for my house sale: she knows the business absolutely inside and out, which helped at every step of the process as things came up. She’s really great with people, will offer great ideas but also really listens and cares what both seller and potential buyers are concerned about, which helps her match house and buyers as well as just being easy and lovely to work with. Emma was pivotal not only in selling my house, but in helping me buy my next (smaller) house through another real estate brokerage, bc I had put in a conditional offer, and Emma stayed in touch with the broker for the other house, updating them on what was happening on my house, and reassuring the broker for the house I wanted to buy that they didn’t need to aggressively market that house, as mine was smoothly on the way to sale and I’d be able to come through on purchasing the other house. That was truly above and beyond, and I will appreciate it forever. She managed to arrange that both my sale and purchase of my old and new houses will happen on the same day— how good is that!

Holly was great to work with, however we were told that she would look after our sale and personally see everything through and this didn't happen. Her team was great though, with communication until after the auction, then the communication slipped a little.

Ricky and Dominika did an outstanding job achieving a sales price at the top end of their estimate and well above what other agents who provided appraisals even contemplated was possible. Ricky really knows the market and the value of property, and Ricky and Dominika worked their magic to get an outstanding result quickly. They recommended a deadline sale which was brought forward with multiple good offers and they did a great job of managing all the buyers. The marketing and photography were excellent and the whole Holly Jones team, including those behind the scenes, were super organised, onto everything, and very professional and easy to deal with. Originally i met up with Ricky, who was great to talk to - really positive and excited to have the property to sell. I thought that Ricky would be the one doing the open homes etc, but this ended up being done by Sydnee Wallace. Sydnee was fantastic with keeping me updated throughout the whole process. I really hope that Sydnee gets some recognition for all the work that she did as i really appreciated her updates, conversations and guidance. Ricky was also available for any conversations regarding important decisions along the way. We ended up with a great result - much better than i was expecting! Thank you to the team for the Congratulations flowers that you sent to us. It was a nice surprise to come back to after our trip to Rarotonga. The only feedback i would provide is that no "Sold" sign was put up on the signage at the front of the house. It would have been nice to be able to take a photo of this as closure of this chapter in our lives. Also the neighbors mentioned that they had received advertising saying that the house had sold and for how much, but we weren't advised that that was happening. I think it would be nice to let the seller know that you are doing this, especially if no "Sold" sign has gone up. Overall, we had a great experience with this Team and would have no hesitation recommending them to anyone else.
