Great to work with , great communicator and super helpful through the whole process.

Chanelle was awesome to work with through the whole process of listing and preparing our home for sale , she realized it was a big decision to sell as we had a lot of attachment to it , and was always patient and never pushy or putting us under any sort of pressure. Once the house was on the market she was great at communicating with us , always very quick with her responses and we felt like we could always completely trust what she was telling us . Everything ran so smoothly, it made a stressful process so much easier, we really appreciate it. We also liked that she was local to the area and could understand why we liked living there so much , and could communicate this to prospective buyers . She was also fantastic when we were sussing out potential places to buy and always on hand to provide answers to questions or her insights into various properties. It was great to have her with us at the auction for the house we bought to provide moral support and have someone with us who knew the process inside out :) Thanks Chanelle , it was great working with you , we all appreciate it :)
