As out-of-towners, we found Damien to be a real good sort, a natural at what he does. He was timely in his communication, and he provided assistance with no fuss. Damien and Lisa’s creative flair shone through in their marketing - we were chuffed with the video; which added a bit of fun and laughter to the process. Damien’s laid-back vibe is his ace card, bringing a welcome lightness to what could have been a nerve-wracking experience. We really appreciated how he gave us the space we needed and didn’t pressure us when it came time to put in our deadline offer. We reckon he did a stellar job for the vendors, and for us the purchasers we are happy to have had him. Bottom line, whether you’re selling or buying, you’re in great hands with team Damien & Lisa!
