As out-of-towners, we found Damien to be a real good sort, a natural at what he does. He was timely in his communication, and he provided assistance with no fuss. Damien and Lisa’s creative flair shone through in their marketing - we were chuffed with the video; which added a bit of fun and laughter to the process. Damien’s laid-back vibe is his ace card, bringing a welcome lightness to what could have been a nerve-wracking experience. We really appreciated how he gave us the space we needed and didn’t pressure us when it came time to put in our deadline offer.
