Nothing was ever too much bother for Damien.
Damien has a good sense of the market and his knowledge was clear to see. He was motivated and engaged throughout the whole process and nothing was ever too much of a bother for him. This was particularly relevant as I had vacated my property and had moved to my new location so I really relied on Damien's support and he lived up to accordingly. Damien communicated regularly and kept me up to date on all activity. Damien understands people well and this was demonstrated in his interactions with myself and prospective purchasers. We found Damien very perceptive to our wants.
Damien was very accommodating to our needs. This was a particularly difficult time for everyone as it was during Covid lockdown that most of our search took place. He was always available to us and organised private viewings as required. Damien's knowledge of the industry and the Masterton area was of great benefit to us in helping us to make a decision. An added bonus when dealing with Damien is that he's just a " nice guy ".
