Never gave up!
Damien has sold 2 of our properties in the last 6 months. The second property was a bit of a long haul, numerous contracts in a falling market with tighter lending conditions. Damien, never gave up, and kept us updated every few days, which when your are in another city, is very important. Damien is always professional and goes that extra mile, I would definitely list again with him. Thanks Damien we really appreciate all your efforts.

Very easy to work with
I met Damien looking at properties over the course of a year. After describing my ideal he already had a possibility coming up and within a week I had a contract! His communication and responsiveness was top grade, no nonsense easy attitude and went to extreme lengths to get me to all boundaries of the new property. Really enjoyed working with him and his suggestions for approaches with the vendor were really helpful

Most excellent agent
Damiens knowlege of the market helped us achieve a top result in selling our home. His communication was immpecable(as was his spersonal and professional presentation) he let us know what the feedback from people was at open home was on the day.
